Registration ClosedWeek 1: Register your school online. We send you the forms to register the classes/children participating, and return completed forms to us : Registration Closed for 2025
Week 2: On receipt of these class lists, we will send you the artwork design templates.Week 3: You run the art classes and then send us the finished artwork (we will give you a reasonable deadline for return of artwork).
Week 4: Receive your Free Sample Card - every child that participates receives a free sample of their own individually designed card, plus an order form that they can use to encourage family and friends to buy their packs of cards.Ordering takes place – you place your school's order with us.
Week 7/8: Receive your packs of Christmas cards and distribute them to the pupils in time for Christmas post. Delivery of cards is free of charge.Over 840 schools, thats 140,000 children, participated last year raising badly needed funds for their schools.

You receive a pack of 10 x Square Cards 150mm x 150mm.
Printed with the child's individual design on the front.
On the back we print the child's name as the designer.
The schools name for which fundraising is taking place is also printed on the back of the card.
The cards are beautifully packaged with 10 white envelopes in a clear cellophane wrap.
A pack of 10 cards cost you €5.50.
We suggest you sell these cards between €8.00 to €10.00.
There are no initial outlays, you only pay for what is ordered. PAYMENT: Make your payment to us only after you have received you packs of cards

If you are representing your school and are about to register for this years project, this section will answer all your questions.
No. We take financial responsibility for the project so that your school only pays when you have collected the money from parents.
We try to encourage schools to register as early as possible but we'll work with you to create a realistic timeline for your project : Registration Closed
Yes. We suggest you stay within the guideline prices we show though, but you are most certainly free to 'do your own thing' if you so wish.
Unfortunately no. We are set up to handle small runs which means that we do not get the same savings as large print runs.
Yes. Each pack contains only the card designed by that child.
Yes. And their family is under no obligation to purchase packs.
The inside greeting can be in either English or Irish, but the whole school must use one language or the other. See sample cards in pack to for each wording.
Yes. They can order as many as they require!.

The Art Template ia an A4 sheet supplied free by us. There is a area on the sheet specified by us where the child can draw his/her picture. See attached template in pack.
